Q: What Kind of Chocolate Can Be Used in the Fountain?
A: We recommend a type of chocolate called Belgium Chocolate, which is a higher quality chocolate that contains 54% semi-sweet cocoa. In addition to creating a better ‘flow’, it assures a better taste and a silkier appearance.

Q: I’m planning a Bar Mitzvah is your Chocolate Kosher?
A: Yes, we use a very high quality Chocolate that is certified Kosher.

Q: What is the Maximum Number of Guests that the Chocolate Fountain will serve?
A: The Chocolate Fountain will serve an unlimited number of guests as long as additional chocolate is added. Our package includes 20 pounds of imported Belgium Chocolate, which is adequate for appetizers or dessert for up to 200 guests. Additional chocolate can be purchased ahead of time if you expect more guest than expected.

Q: What Dessert Item isn’t Recommended to use with the Fountain?
A: Anything that will break apart easily or is crumbly–especially pound cake–which tends to compromise the smooth, flowing nature of the chocolate.

Q. I’m having an Outdoor Event; Can the Chocolate Fountain be Used Outside?
A: We do not recommend using the chocolate fountain outdoors. The Chocolate Fountain does not like wind it will blow the chocolate right off the fountain. In addition, the chocolate must be kept at a certain temperature, and fluctuating outdoor conditions will greatly affect the chocolate’s integrity.

Q: May I Rent the Chocolate Fountain Without the Operator?
A: Yes you may use it without an attendant but you take the full risk of the machine not working correctly. We encourage using one of attendants in an effort to maintain the highest standard of quality service, the chocolate fountain is always accompanied by a Qualified Uniformed Operator with almost all our packages.

Q: How Long Can I Have The Chocolate Fountain At My Event?
A: Most people are using The Chocolate Fountain during the Appetizer or Dessert portion of their event. Our package range from 2-5 hours of fountain enjoyment, and this is usually plenty of time for your guests to enjoy this unique experience! Should you decide to use the Fountain for more than the hours booked there is an additional charge of $125.00 Per Hour which can be paid at the end of the event.

Q: Who is Responsible for Set-Up, Tear-Down and Clean Up of The Chocolate Fountain?
A: We are! We arrive about an hour before the designated starting time, ensuring that your guests will smell the sweet aroma of the chocolate as they enter the room. A professionally dressed attendant will be there at all times to show your guests how to enjoy the fountain as well as to keep the fountain pristine at all times. Presentation is of utmost important to us. Our attendants are more than happy to replenish the accompaniments and to keep the appearance of the table at its finest.

Q: What are the Table and Electrical Requirements?
A: The Chocolate Fountain requires a One – 120 volt grounded electrical outlet within 10 feet of the location of the Fountain. In addition, a sturdy wooden table is mandatory. If it’s not level, the chocolate will not flow properly. Please re-confirm these requirements with your event planner before the event so that there is no delay in the set-up of the fountain.

Q: Who Decorates the Area Around The Chocolate Fountain?
A: Whether it’s a wedding reception, baby shower, graduation party, or birthday, The Chocolate Well incorporates theme-based fabrics to decorate the base of the chocolate fountain. Our chocolate fountains look absolutely fabulous!

Q: What’s Required to Reserve The Chocolate Fountain?
A: Please go to Reserve Your Event Date on our website and fill out the form and then print the reservation page and then sign the contract and a $200.00 non-refundable deposit. Then mail to Amor Chocolate Fountains 14037 Garfield Ave Ste B Paramount CA 90723. Upon receiving your contract and deposit secures your reservation date. The balance is due 7 days before your event.
